WorldCopy Terms of Use
Effective date: September 20, 2026
These Terms govern use of WorldCopy (摹界, the “App”). The provider is the legal seller identified on the App's App Store product page and in Settings > About inside the App (the “Provider”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Local processing and your content
WorldCopy captures images and sensor data and creates 3D files on your device. You retain responsibility for content you capture, prompts and images you provide, and outputs you create or share. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for that content and must comply with applicable law.
2. Tencent Hunyuan AI feature
The optional AI Modeling feature uses Tencent Hunyuan 3D 2.0 and/or 2.1 works. Tencent is not affiliated with, associated with, sponsoring, or endorsing the App, the Provider, or this feature.
The Tencent Hunyuan 3D 2.0 and 2.1 Community License Agreements bundled with the App are incorporated into these Terms for use of AI Modeling. If these Terms conflict with either agreement, the more restrictive obligation controls for the corresponding Hunyuan work.
Licensed territory
You may install, access, use, reproduce, distribute, perform, or display the Hunyuan works and their outputs only outside the European Union, the United Kingdom, and South Korea. Use in any excluded territory is not authorized.
Enforceable use restrictions
You must comply with Sections 5(a) and 5(b) and Exhibit A (Acceptable Use Policy) of each applicable Hunyuan agreement, including all applicable laws and trade-compliance rules. You must not use Hunyuan works, outputs, or results to improve any other AI model except the corresponding Tencent Hunyuan model or its permitted derivatives.
Without limiting the complete Acceptable Use Policy, you must not use AI Modeling for unlawful activity; harm, abuse, exploitation, harassment, discrimination, deception, privacy or intellectual-property violations; malware or security abuse; regulated high-stakes automated decisions; violent extremism; weapons or military purposes; unlicensed professional practice; or public dissemination of generated content without clearly identifying it as machine-generated. You must not remove or obscure required license, provenance, or AI-generation notices.
When you distribute Hunyuan works or a product or service using them, you are responsible for satisfying all downstream notice, agreement, territory, and use-restriction obligations in the applicable Hunyuan agreement.
3. On-device model resources
AI modeling and texturing use separately installed on-device resources. Resources can be downloaded through Apple-hosted delivery or imported through supported local model-pack interfaces. The app displays the current resource size and checks compatibility and integrity before use. Availability depends on device capability, memory, storage, temperature, region, and resource availability. Results and processing time vary.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not interfere with the App's security or integrity, bypass license or territory controls, use the App to violate another person's rights, or misrepresent machine-generated content as human-created where disclosure is required.
5. No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the App and AI outputs are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Do not rely on the App or its outputs for safety- critical, medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.
6. Limitation and termination
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or lost profits arising from use of the App. Access to AI Modeling may be suspended or terminated if these Terms, a Hunyuan agreement, or applicable law is breached. On termination of Hunyuan rights, you must stop using and delete the affected Hunyuan works as required by the applicable agreement.
7. Changes
Material changes to the Hunyuan agreements or these AI terms require renewed in-app acceptance before the affected feature can be installed or used. The effective date above identifies this version.
